1. Introduction

Togere uses an internal system called Cache.

The goal of Caché is to help distribute content within the platform, reward authentic participation, and improve the cover discovery experience.

The Cache does not constitute money, virtual currency, financial asset, negotiable security or investment instrument.

2. What is Cache

Cache is an internal metric used exclusively by Togere to:

• Manage the visibility of the covers.
• Prioritize relevant content.
• Detect authentic participation.
• Distribute the content within the community.
• Encourage positive behaviors.

The Cache is an internal indicator of the Togere ecosystem.

3. What the Cache is not

The Cache:

• It has no monetary value.
• It cannot be converted into money.
• Cannot be withdrawn as cash.
• It does not constitute a cryptocurrency.
• It does not represent shares or participations.
• Does not generate interest.
• Does not guarantee visibility.
• It does not grant automatic economic rights.

The existence of Caché does not imply any financial obligation on the part of Togere or the Digital Resource Association.

4. Cache Types

Togere may use different categories of Cache for the internal functioning of the platform.

Among them:

Profile Cache

Represents the overall contribution of a user within the community.

Cover Cache

Represents the performance and relevance of a specific cover.

Promotional Cache

There may be a separate system for promotional campaigns or visibility tools offered by the platform.

5. Obtaining Cache

Users can obtain Cache through legitimate actions within the platform.

Examples:

• Publish quality content.
• Receive authentic interactions.
• Share useful covers.
• Participate constructively.
• Maintain a respectful activity.
• Contribute positively to the community.

Obtaining Cache is not guaranteed.

6. Cache Consumption

Togere's inner workings can use Cache to:

Cache consumption is a natural part of the platform's operation.

The total Cache obtained represents the user's historical recognition and is not decreased by ordinary use of the available balance. The available balance can be used on stocks and investments within Togere.

The editorial value generated by publishing is assigned as cover distribution credit. Your own views and anonymous user activity do not generate or consume Cache.

7. Cache Calculation

The Cache calculation is dynamic.

The algorithms may consider multiple factors, including:

• Quality of content.
• Interactions received.
• Community participation.
• User behavior.
• Authenticity indicators.
• Platform security.

Full details of the algorithm may be kept confidential to avoid manipulation.

8. Algorithm modifications

The Digital Resource Association may modify at any time:

These modifications may be made without prior notice when they are necessary to protect the platform.

9. Inauthentic activity

It is prohibited to attempt to manipulate the Cache system by:

• Purchase of interactions.
• Artificial exchange of shares.
• Coordinated manipulation networks.
• Any other practice intended to unfairly alter metrics.

10. Measures against abuses

When Togere detects suspicious activity it can:

• Adjust the Cache obtained.
• Limit functionalities.
• Reduce visibility.
• Override certain interactions.
• Suspend accounts.
• Delete accounts.

These measures may be applied automatically or manually.

11. Cache and visibility

Cache is only one of the factors used to distribute content.

The visibility of a cover may also depend on:

• Security.
• Technical quality of the content.
• Compliance with community standards.

Therefore, having more Cache does not guarantee a certain position within the platform.

• Promotion will not guarantee specific results.

These actions are intended to preserve the integrity of the system.

15. Absence of economic rights

The Cache does not generate:

• Property rights.
• Financial rights.
• Collection rights.
• Investment rights.
• Patrimonial rights.

Users accept that Cache is exclusively an internal performance metric.

Togere will try to provide general information about the operation of the Cache system.

However, certain details may be kept confidential to protect the security of the algorithm and prevent abuse.
