1. Our mission

Togere is a community designed to share real experiences through images, recommendations and links of interest.

We want to build a platform based on:

• Authenticity.
• Respect.
• Transparency.
• Creativity.
• Security.
• Privacy.

These rules exist to protect all members of the community.

2. Principle of authenticity

Togere prioritizes real content created by real people.

Therefore:

• Covers must represent authentic experiences, opinions or recommendations.
• It is not allowed to artificially manipulate the visibility of the content.
• Using automated systems to generate false activity is not permitted.

3. One person per cover

In general, covers should focus on a single, clearly identifiable person.

Covers whose purpose is:

• Show groups of people.
• Use third-party images without authorization.
• Use photographs obtained from the Internet without sufficient rights.

Togere may limit or reject covers that fail to comply with this rule.

4. Content generated by artificial intelligence

Togere is oriented towards real content.

It is not permitted to publish content whose purpose is to make one believe that a person, product, place or experience is real when it has been generated entirely by artificial intelligence.

Togere may label, limit or eliminate artificially generated content when it considers that it affects the authenticity of the platform.

5. Respect between users

All users must maintain respectful behavior.

Not allowed:

• Insult.
• Threaten.
• Harass.
• Humiliate.
• Defame.
• Intimidate.
• Promote harassment campaigns.

Discrepancies and different opinions are acceptable as long as they are expressed respectfully.

6. Comments

Comments should add value to the conversation. [[S51]] Spam.

Not allowed:

• Spam.
• Unauthorized advertising.
• Repetitive comments.
• Misleading links.
• Harassment of other users.

Togere may hide, moderate or delete comments that violate these rules.

7. Protection of minors

It is strictly prohibited:

• Publish content that exploits minors.
• Sexualize minors.
• Share personal information of minors.
• Facilitate risk situations for minors.

Any content of this type will be deleted immediately and may be communicated to the competent authorities. [[S3]] 8. Nudity and sexual content

It is not allowed to publish: [[S5]] Pornography.

• Pornography.
• Explicit sexual acts. [[S7]] Sexual exploitation.
• Sexual exploitation.
• Sexual content that violates applicable legislation.

Togere may restrict or remove content that it deems inappropriate for the community.

9. Violence and dangerous activities

Not allowed:

• Promote violence.
• Threaten people.
• Promote illegal activities.
• Teaching how to cause physical harm to third parties.
• Spreading extremely violent content.

10. Illegal activities

It is prohibited to use Togere to:

• Scams.
• Fraud.
• Identity theft.
• Malware distribution.
• Sale of illegal products.
• Promotion of illicit activities.

11. Copyright and image rights

Only content over which the user has sufficient rights can be published.

The user is responsible for:

• The images you publish.
• The texts he publishes.
• The links you share.
• The people who appear on their covers.

Togere may remove content when there are reasonable indications of infringement.

12. External links

Links must provide value to the community.

It is not allowed to publish links that:

• Contain malware.
• Lead to scams.
• Promote illegal activities.
• Distribute malicious software.
• They try to deceive users.

Togere will be able to automatically verify links and block those it considers dangerous.

13. False and misleading information

Not allowed:

• Impersonate.
• Create fake profiles to deceive.
• Spreading deliberately false information that may cause significant harm.
• Artificially manipulate the trust of other users.

14. Spam and automation

Not allowed:

• Publish massive repetitive content.
• Use abusive robots or automations.
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate metrics.
• Generate artificial activity intended to alter the operation of the platform.

15. Cache System

The Cache system exists to improve content distribution.

Not allowed:

• Artificially manipulate the Cache.
• Buy fake interactions.
• Use fake accounts.
• Coordinate activities aimed at fraudulently altering metrics.

Abusive behavior may result in the loss of Cache, account limitations or suspension.

16. Complaints and reports

Users can report:

• Illegal content.
• Offensive content.
• Dangerous links.
• Impersonations.
• Rights violations.
• Abusive behaviors.

Complaints will be evaluated through automatic systems and/or human review.

17. Moderation measures

When a violation is detected, Togere may take one or more of the following measures: [[S10]] Warning.

• Warning.
• Deletion of content.
• Temporary limitation of functionalities.
• Visibility reduction.
• Temporary suspension.
• Permanent suspension.
• Account deletion.

The measure applied will depend on the severity and recidivism.

18. Collaboration with authorities

When legislation requires it or there is a risk to people or property, Togere may collaborate with the competent authorities.

19. Update of the rules

These rules may be modified to adapt to legal, technical or community changes.

Updated versions will be available on the platform and the official website.

20. Community objective

Togere's goal is to promote authentic recommendations, real experiences and useful content to people.

The community works best when each user contributes with honesty, respect and responsibility.
