- Interact through comments, reactions and following profiles.
- Discover content published by other users.
Togere may add, modify or remove functionalities at any time to improve the service.
4. Use requirements
To use Togere the user must:
- Meet the minimum legal age applicable in your country.
- Provide truthful information during registration.
- Maintain the security of your access credentials.
- Use the platform in accordance with applicable legislation.
The user is responsible for all activities carried out from their account.
5. Ownership of content
The user retains the intellectual property of the content they publish.
By posting content on Togere, the user grants Togere a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable license to:
- Store the content.

- Show it to other users.
- Adapt it technically for correct visualization.
- Generate thumbnails or optimized versions.
This license will end when the content is deleted, except when there are legal obligations or technical copies necessary for the operation of the service.
6. User responsibility
The user guarantees that:

- It has authorization from the people who appear identifiable on its covers when legally required.
- The links posted are legitimate.
- Your activity complies with applicable legislation.
The user will be solely responsible for the content they publish.
7. Prohibited content

- Contains pornography or sexual exploitation.

- Contains threats or harassment.
- Incite hatred or discrimination.

Togere may remove such content without prior notice.
8. External links
Users can include links on their covers in accordance with the limitations established by the platform.
The user is responsible for the links they publish.
Togere may:
- Automatically verify links.
- Block harmful links.
- Restrict certain domains.
- Remove links that violate community standards.
Togere does not guarantee the availability or content of external sites.
9. Cache System
Togere uses an internal system called “Cache”.
The Cache:
- It is an internal performance metric.
- It does not represent money.
- Does not represent financial assets.
- It does not constitute an investment system.
- It does not generate automatic economic rights.
The Digital Resource Association may modify the Cache calculation criteria to improve the operation of the platform.
10. Advertising and promotion
Togere will be able to show:
- Advertising.
- Sponsored content.
- Promotional campaigns.
- Featured covers.
The presence of advertising does not imply a recommendation or guarantee on the part of Togere.
11. Moderation
Togere may review, limit, hide or remove content when it reasonably believes that:
- Failure to comply with these terms.
- Does not comply with applicable legislation.
- Compromises the security of the platform.
- Harms other users.
Moderation decisions may be made through automated systems or human review.
12. Suspension and cancellation of accounts
Togere may suspend or terminate accounts when:

- Abusive automated activity is detected.
