1. Purpose and scope of application

These standards describe the child protection measures applicable to TOGERE, its mobile applications, its website and the services managed by Asociación Recurso Digital.

They are mandatory for all people who use TOGERE, regardless of the country from which they access. TOGERE is not intended for children under the minimum age required by applicable legislation in each jurisdiction.

2. Definitions

CSAE means child sexual exploitation and abuse. Includes any content, contact or conduct that sexually exploits, abuses or endangers a minor.

CSAM means child sexual abuse material. It includes visual representations, real, manipulated or generated, of minors participating in sexually explicit conduct or presented for the purpose of sexual exploitation.

3. Prohibited conduct and content

It is strictly prohibited to use TOGERE to create, publish, store, request, promote, sell, exchange or link:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
• Content that sexualizes, exploits or endangers minors.
• Recruitment or grooming of minors for sexual purposes (grooming).
• Sextortion, sexual blackmail or threats directed at minors.
• Sexual trafficking or exploitation of minors.
• Requests for sexual images, videos, encounters or conversations with minors.
• External links that facilitate access to CSAE or CSAM.
• Attempts to normalize, justify or facilitate any of these behaviors.

This ban also applies to comments, usernames, profiles, locations, hashtags, links and any other user-generated content.

4. Complaint within TOGERE

Users can report worrying content or behavior using the reporting functions available on TOGERE. You can also contact the team responsible for child safety directly at rgpd@togere.com.

Complaints related to the safety of minors are considered a priority. To protect victims, you should not download, forward, copy or attach potentially illegal material. It is enough to provide the URL, profile name, date and a description of the problem.

5. Response and protective measures

When TOGERE becomes aware of a possible infringement, it may, depending on the severity and applicable legislation:

• Immediately restrict access to content.
• Delete the content and block the associated links.
• Suspend or delete the accounts involved.
• Securely retain the information strictly necessary to investigate the incident and comply with legal obligations.
• Prevent new publication attempts or recurrence.
• Communicate the case to the competent authorities or organizations when appropriate.

The protection of the victim and the prevention of further harm prevail over the visibility or permanence of the reported content.

6. CSAM material treatment

TOGERE does not tolerate CSAM material. When there is actual knowledge or a well-founded suspicion, access will be restricted and the case will be managed in accordance with these standards and applicable legislation.

Staff must not unnecessarily distribute or reproduce the material. Internal access will be limited to authorized persons who need to intervene for security, investigation or legal compliance reasons.

7. Moderation and prevention

TOGERE can combine user complaints, technical controls, human review and reputation measures to detect risks. No automatic system replaces the priority review of a complaint related to minors.

Moderation systems will be reviewed periodically to reduce errors, prevent abuse and maintain the proportionality of the measures adopted.

8. Cooperation and legal compliance

TOGERE will comply with applicable laws regarding the protection of minors and will collaborate with the competent authorities when there is a legal obligation or a risk to the safety of a minor.

9. Appeals

Persons affected by a moderation measure may request a review by Complaints and Appeals Policy. An appeal does not require the restoration of potentially illegal content or prevent the preservation of information required by law.

11. Updates

These standards may be updated to reflect legal, technical or functional changes. Each substantial modification will imply a new version and update date.
